This month in Philippine rugby history, David Feeney plays his first game in the Volcanoes jersey – a midweek trial against the Philippine A team in 2013.
Feens went on to represent the Volcs in their next 6 campaigns, while the Phil A team contained 10 Nomads representatives.

Two years ago this month, the Philippine Residents XV took on Singapore in a fiercely contested match at Southern Plains.
Intense rain kept the first half score low at 10-9 to the hosts, who ran out eventual winners 29-17.
The side featured 5 Nomads, including James Salter-Duke, Edlen Hernandez, Jason Chappell, David Feeney, and team captain Chris Anderson.
